HurricaneWheel wash systems
The Hurricane is an automatic drive through wheel wash and chassis wash designed to keep commercial vehicles clean to MOT standards or to clean wheels and underbody before vehicles go on to public highways from construction and landfill sites, gravel pits, mines and quarries.
Hurricane
Twelve high pressure jets of water set at varying angles are fitted in the Hurricane's bottom boom and four jets are set in each of the side booms to ensure complete coverage. All jets oscillate automatically 40 times a minute through an angle of 90º, to give maximum cutting effect.
Double Hurricane
A Double Hurricane bridges the gap between the Hurricane wheel wash and the heavy duty wheel wash Monsoon model. Two units are spaced 1-2 metres apart and gives a second wash of the wheels which have rotated as the vehicle passes through using a single higher performance pump. Both machines work simultaneously and provide a superb washing facility.
Pump house
On sites where an underbody / wheel wash is required to be relocated, an insulated container can be supplied as a pump house. This gives a vandal proof, weather proof, pumphouse, which comes complete with a water storage tank, heating, lighting, pumps and control panel, the unit is piped and wired ready for use. This format enables the wash to be moved or relocated at the completion of a contract or shipped anywhere around the world with minimum on-site connections.

- Winter Precautions - Automatic water evacuation system can be fitted to the wheel wash to prevent frost damage during winter conditions.

- Fresh Water Rinsing Arch - To operate in conjunction with a wheel wash for a final rinse of clean water.
- Protective Side Screens - Screens of various height and lengths are available to contain spray.
- Road Wash System - A road wash addition ensures exit road is kept clean.
- Special Versions - Including extra wide wheel wash units and skid mounted pump assemblies.
